We currently offer shipping to both Australia and New Zealand.
Free Shipping
We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders, no matter the size or value.
Shipping Carriers
Your order will be shipped via one of the following carriers, depending on your location and the specifics of your order:
- Australia Post
- DHL
- Our manufacturer’s selected carrier (for items shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia).
Express Shipping
We provide express shipping on all orders. However, please note that while we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, shipping times are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- For Australia and New Zealand, estimated delivery times are between 4-8 business days from the day your order is dispatched.
- Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carriers.
Taxes and Duties
All prices on our website are inclusive of taxes, duties, and any applicable import fees. You won’t be charged any additional costs upon delivery.
PO Boxes & Addresses
We are pleased to offer delivery to both PO Boxes and street addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.
